Collectively, the Stevens Food Group team has over 200 years of experience in purchasing, distribution, operations, and culinary arts, which is rivaled by no other company.  Our journey has led us to become a leading food service supply chain management company, currently managing over $250 million in annual food service purchases. Robert Stevens, President

Prior to Stevens Food Group, Robert served as the Vice President of Marketing & Purchasing for US Foods for over 6 years. Furthermore, his time with US Foods goes back to its PYA/Monarch days, where he was the Vice President of National Accounts from 1991 to 1999. Robert is a proud graduate of East Carolina University, where he graduated with his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing & Marketing Management.

Harrison Willets, Director of Purchasing

Harrison is a classically trained chef and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.  His background encompasses all aspects of the foodservice industry from agriculture to distribution. As a member of the Stevens Food Group purchasing department, Harrison manages vendor relationships, negotiates contracts, and analyzes market conditions​​​​​​​to help our clients achieve their goals. ​​​​​​​

Evan Embree, Account Support

Evan graduated from North Carolina State University in 2018 with a degree in Business Administration and concentration in Marketing. Soon after, Evan was promoted to General Manager of the quick service restaurant she worked at throughout her schooling. Many long weeks and late night phone calls from employees later, she sought out Stevens Food Group where she could utilize her skills in creativity, organization, and data analytics. Today, Evan handles reporting and auditing, customer service, social media, and an array of other tasks to support the team.

Susan Hooper, Account Executive

Originally from New Jersey, Susan moved to Raleigh in 1964 to attend NC State University. She introduced herself to the food and beverage industry as a waitress and hostess at the Angus Barn. Susan joined PYA/Monarch (now US Foods) in 1980, where she was the first female street account representative for PYA-Raleigh for 3 years. After transferring to National Accounts with US Foods, Susan continued to work in purchasing with the school department for another 26 years. She joined the Stevens team in 2017 as Account Executive for Clean Eatz.

Tammy Williamson, Account Executive

Tammy brings to Stevens Food group years of experience in the restaurant and catering industry as a chef and owner/operator, as well as, experience in foodservice distribution as an Account Executive for Cheney Brothers.  She has traveled the world while working in the IT industry as a Marketing Director for an internationally recognized software development company.  She holds a degree from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelors of Arts in Design and a culinary degree from the Art Institute.  She brings both strong culinary knowledge and exceptional customer skills to the team.

Carol Hampshire, Customer Service Manager

Carol has been with the Stevens Food Group team since its conception in 2009. Prior to Stevens, Carol spent 30 years working at Duke University Medical Center in Abdominal Transplant Services. Her years there honed her administrative skills and customer service expertise. Currently, Carol assists in managing the Stevens office and its current relations with customers, distributors, and vendors.
